Peter S. Forgie has been a trial attorney, specializing in maritime personal injury for more than 30 years. Mr. Forgie has tried to jury verdict more than 120 cases since 1975, including cases involving the American tuna fleet, tug and barge operations, sport fishing fleets, commercial dive operations, offshore oil operations, passenger vessels, cruise ship injury, recreational vessels, jet skis, longshore activities, collisions, salvage and maritime product liability cases.

Mr. Forgie also has a sub-specialty in truck transportation and motorcycle collision cases, and has recently obtained a verdict in excess of $4.8 million for a motorcycle injury. Throughout the course of his career, he has successfully settled hundreds of cases with a total value estimated to be in excess of $60 million.
