Trial Attorney

As of March 15, 2012, Timothy K. Sprinkles terminated his attorney position at the Law Offices of Charles D. Naylor due to continuing medical issues. He will no longer be handling cases for our firm.

Mr. Sprinkles will continue with his private practice of law from his home in Santa Clara, California.

Mr. Sprinkles has been a valued friend and colleague to all of us here at the firm, and an outstanding attorney for our Longshore clients for the past five years. However, his relationship with Charles D. Naylor goes back much further – to their days as roommates at the Santa Clara University School of Law where they began their life-long friendship. Mr. Sprinkles will be dearly missed and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Since 1974, Timothy Sprinkles has been a trial attorney in the State and Federal courts of California.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Sprinkles has participated as lead trial counsel in more than 150 jury trials.

Mr. Sprinkles' practice has maintained a focus on personal injury law during the past eight years and has exclusively practiced Longshore compensation law with the Law Offices of Charles D. Naylor for the past five years. 

He is a member of the Longshore section of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group.  Mr. Sprinkles enjoys an excellent reputation among his peers for his strict adherence to the hightest standards of ethics, quality of work and successful prosecution of injury cases.
